Great product but it is very messy. I followed the directions to the video and still had water everywhere. And I had it on the lowest setting too.

We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth before turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.
I love this waterpik. It's so much easier to use than dental floss.

Complete charger not included, unable to use.

I am not able to use it at my lake home because the didn't include a usb-a charger. My wife bought this as I love my countertop model at home.
The cabin has a couple usb-c wall plugs for our phones and that is about it. There is no computer or laptop.
It blows my mind that a company can sell a wireless device without a complete charger. I rarely write reviews but this really seems like a value engineering that destroyed product experience.
