Vertuo Pop Plus is a great machine!

Beyond great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Makes coffee in the mornings so much easier. I’m a new mom so not much time to prep a coffee pot and wait for it to finishing brewing. The Vertuo pop plus is so quick and easy making my mornings a breeze.

Wish I had picked a different machine

Every other time I make my coffee, the red light comes on. I tried cleaning it, changing the water... I have to unplug, replug, every time it does this. Now one of he sections that grabs the pods broke so I manually take the old pod out. I've had the machine for 2 months. I love the coffee but this machine is awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Design

We got this machine because it could brew all the different sizes and was a more compact deisgn. But it's so poorly deisgned that closing the top down is always a guessing game (sometimes it doesn't close right), and it's too short to put a tall glass underneath it, which is required for the larger size capsules!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
