Faulty

It has started leaking, and slightly bending the caps. I did troubleshooting with an agent over the phone, and it did resolve the issue for about 5 cups . The "cleaning" he talked me through isn't working now. Now I have a stockpile of coffee, and no way to make it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient Machine!

I received this machine after owning a Keurig and an espresso machine for years. I recently got into lattes and for someone who hates getting up early in the morning, this machine is prefect for making on the go iced lattes. The machine does the work, and I don’t have to do much cleanup. Sooooo worth having. Great for guests too.

Good Brew but few options

The taste is good but the spout/tray design is flawed. I also find that the nespresso really limits your options. I love to explore small batch roasters but you can't do that with these machines... you get nespresso branded or Starbucks and thats it. Its disappointing. My Kerrigan and pour over get more use than the nespresso.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
