[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever Nespresso machine, and I am honestly pleased by it! It is the perfect machine to use when you are running short on time and need to make a quick cup of coffee. I love it even more that I got it in my favorite color, lilac!!

Love It. No Regrets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so cute and the perfect size—not bulky at all—and it doesn’t take up much space on my kitchen counter. I love how simple it is to use; you literally just press a button and you’re good to go.
One of my favorite features is the double-tap option, which turns any mug-sized cup into a double-shot espresso. I use it all the time for iced coffee, especially with the Barista Creations flavored capsules, and it works perfectly every time.
My only critique is that the instruction manual could be clearer, especially when it comes to cleaning before first use. It relies mostly on small images, which can be confusing. I also wish there were clearer guidance—or a machine indicator—letting you know when it’s time to descale and how often to use a descaling kit.
Overall, it’s a great machine that makes excellent coffee and is super user-friendly for everyday use.

Yummy coffee and easy to use machine!

Received this machine from my brother-in-law for Christmas. And I used it every day. I love this machine thinking about getting a bigger one. I also own the kurig and I like this better

I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Pop in September, 2025. After about three months of use, the coffee began tasting bitter and weaker than expected despite using the same pods and filtered water. I followed the recommended cleaning and descaling steps, but the taste did not improve. I hope this can be addressed, as I previously had a very good experience with other Nespresso machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
