[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother always used the best and to her tat meant using Scoctch brand tape. I'm following her lead and using the best product in tape I have found out of all of the different types available. This tape is perfect for tapping boxes up to move, which I've done numerous times over the years; or for storing stuff in them. Yes I have plenty of boxes tapped up with precious memories in them. I trust them to be protected by scotch tape. I've had our basement flood twice and the boxes have stayed together saving my memories from being desroyed by the water forever. Scotch brand tape can also be used in the siering heat I've used it on out door furniture. The use for this tape is only hindere by your imagination. Take this honest advice from a second generation user of scotch brand products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tape all of the time. My family lives in another state and when I send gifts I always use Scotch Packing Tape. I have so much faith in this product. I know my packages will arrive intact and unopened. I have used cheaper products in the past and there really is no comparison.

good tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tape. I use it all the time. It is very sturdy and closes all of the packages. I feel it is the most secure tape there it. The only thing I don't like is that the tape gets my fingerprints easily. If I have to ship my products to strangers I don't want my fingerprints on the tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who needs more aggravation? Not me and I certainly don't want to buy aggravation. When it comes to tape for my packages-this is the one I stick with. You know how you think the cheaper tape is a big bargain? NOT ! The 'bargain' tape is so thin and flimsy that it flies back on itself. What I mean is...You have a padded envelope all ready to mail-except for the tape. You pull out a length of tape,tear it from the dispenser(or bite it with your teeth like I do-Not Recommended)and the tape will statically fold back on itself.Ever try to separate a thin piece pf tape from another thin piece of tape? All you get is a crumbled wad of stickiness. Scotch Brand is just thick enough to have enough strength to be amazing at its job and to obey your every taping direction. I use a lot of tape.Life is aggravating enough.Use the tried and true standard of quality-Scotch Brand...the one to stick with.

Good & Quick Closures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a real pleasure to use the tape with it's handy dispenser. Once it is sealed shut, you know it will stay that way during shipment. It is clean & neat--and very light also so it doesn't add a lot of extra weight to the package. I used to dread sealing up shipments but now it is a real JOY!!

Hard to work with

I am used to buying Scotch PACKAGING tape but got this SEALING tape by mistake. I use a stationary tape dispenser and find this Sealing tape to be so thin as to be difficult to apply where I want it to go. It loves to curl and stick to itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product to send boxes to soldiers overseas and to my son in the Marine Corps here in the United States and this product is great, holds tightly, never fails or comes undone. I would highly recommend this tape.

Great stickiness, poor cutter

The only problem i had with this is that the serrated cutter kept falling off the dispenser. I would snap it back on but it just wouldn't hold. The tape has the perfect amount of stickiness - holds great but doesn't stick to itself and cause a huge mess (and waste) of tape. This is also the brand our preschool prefers to use so we purchase it often.
