POORLY LOCATED MOVEMENT CONTROL BUTTON

The most important feature of any lift chair is easy to reach chair movement control. I assumed that would be on the remote control but it is not. The movement control button is out of sight, under the right arm. Very hard for the elderly to find and use, especially with arthritis . That control needs to be where the right cup holder is. The remote has only the heat and massage control, something I will use very little. Also, no one makes a lift chair cover for 13 inch arms, not even this maker of the chair. I would not buy this chair again.

A friend gifted this to my husband. He has stage iv cancer. Unfortunately, it’s a little too small and firm for him. It fits and works beautifully for me though. Would recommend for a woman.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair lacks cushioning where the vibration units are and in the foot rest. The head rest is really low. I like the pockets and cup holders the usb is in a inconvenient position

Power lift chair

I am 5'9" tall. Chair is too big. Feet do not touch floor. Need pillow in back not to slouch. Too firm. Chair reclines before footrest is up. On positive side the motor is very quiet and I like the material and color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

My daughter had this chair delivered during Cancer. Especially after a mastectomy and other surgeries, I was able to get up without stress or strain, which helped with my recovery time. Love the USB port and cup holders too!

They Cut Corners

The chair is very comfortable, and has a quiet motor. However, there is no remote for the lift, it is pushbuttons that are out of reach for my arms without sitting up. The controller for heat & massage is on such a short cord that it does not reach my armrest. I cannot see the control buttons to select operations I desire. It should have a hook to hold it to the side of the chair. It is always on the floor unless I deploy a reacher or have someone pick it up for me and press the buttons on the controller that I cannot see.
