The power to lift and recline is very steady and consistent. Doesn’t feel like it’s going to not make it up! Very comfortable up or down. The heat could be a little stronger and massage a little lighter. Otherwise it’s really great and for the money, I would diffidently buy again.

Lift recliner is not medical grade and that's a problem

I bought one of these chairs for my husband a year and a half ago. I would not buy another because the padding has crushed and it is becoming extremely uncomfortable.

Please be aware that if a part is lost, the company will not replace it(even for payment). You are screwed and they tell you to buy a new part. Company also removes reviews. Terrible business ethic!

This recliner massage/lift chair was ordered by Hospice to help assist my aunt with getting up and down from the chair. We have had it about a month and now it is clicking when going up and down. I have called to see who works on this product with no success.
