This knife, along with the other sogs i own is fantastic. The craftsmanship is top notch and the steel is phenomenal. I also own a pillar, and a seal xr. They are by far my 3 favorite knives.

The Stout is pretty awesome. The blade design is what caught my eye and thought it would serve better as my edc. The Flick is smooth, the knife feels great in hand, but the only thing I have run into is that the frame lock seems tight to use. Admittedly, I tend to fidget with my knives, open close open close etc. So guessing it is actually more to do with the constant repetition than if used as intended. Love the Stout FLK

Overall it’s a great knife! Very well built. Needed something smaller than several other SOG folders I have. Only negative is the launch tab on the blade. Way too tight.
