The batteries are great, that is if you can get to them before you die. Impossible to open even with scissors.

Child-proof packaging: I can't verify the child-proof claim but the packages are definitely senior resistant. Not only is the plastic container terribly difficult to cut in order to free a battery; the cut plastic can be quite painful should one jab one's self with it. I won't buy again.

Terrible packaging

These ‘childproof packaging’ are almost impossible to open. I keep extra batteries with me, when in public. At a dinner meeting, one of my hearing aid batteries died. No one at the table, could open it. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for a scissors. The man there, could hardly cut it open. Now I’m “trying” to cut them open, with my extra sharp kitchen scissors, so that I can put them in small container to keep in my purse. They are advertised as 100% child proof and seniors 1st try takes one minute to open and 30 seconds for 2nd try. No one I know carries heavy duty scissors with them in public and I doubt that they would be allowed on an airplane. These need to be redesigned!

I hate the new packaging. I am 70 yrs old and hate haviing to cut the packaging when I need a battery especially when traveling. The previous packaging with circular rotating dispenser was so much more convenient PLUS it provided a means to put the used batteries in the pack for recycling. Poor design. Now I have to carry scissors ? As usual, he users are not consulted when changing a design.

The new six pack with a number 312CR-6LNCUS is very hard to open. I used to carry the old package in my pocket and could change the battery anywhere. With the new package I have to use tin snips to cut the package. I also bought small battery container to carry spares. Kitchen scissors and the scissors on my knife were not strong enough to open the package.

Absolutely the worst batteries to open

My husband and I are senior citizens, we received your batteries when we bought our hearing aids. We have not been able to use our hearing aids until we bought different batteries, because of the extreme difficulty they are to get out of the package.we are very, very disappointed, because they are good batteries just to difficult to open. We feel it was money wasted on a fixed income.
