New and Improved!!!

I have been using Thermacell products for years and they work great. This model has really improved the ignitior. When you push the button it doesn't make nowhere near the noise of previous models. I've always been paranoid about the noise when sitting in a deer stand. The only issue I have with Thermacell is the price of the butane and mats. They would sell more products if they were a little more reasonable.

I highly recommend this product the hunt pack is an awesome product. This unit flat out works on keeping away them flying biting mosquitoes. I use mine from hunting to fishing to just sitting on the deck. I also like that the hunt pack comes with case and a belt clip perfect for packing extra refill kit... If you want a mosquito repellent while hunting or fishing or just enjoying the outdoors I would grab you one...

Awesome protection

These are great while hunting. I used this a lot this spring turkey hunting. The holster works very well. Thermacell keeps me bite free while on the hunt or on the patio.

GREAT product but not to happy with my new one

My old one I could put a zip tie on it so I could put a clip on it to hang on my pack or belt loop now I have no choice but to buy the holder for it to use it but I refuse to buy it it's not my style poor choice in design

Great Product

This product is another great Thermacell product. We use them hunting, ballparks, and just hanging outside. The slim handle easily slides into pockets. We have never owed a bad product from this company, all fantastic!!

Nice improvements on a great product

As a frequent user of the MR150 and the Backpacker, I was eager to try the MR300. The new ignition system is easier to use and the body is a beefier, more durable package. It fits the holster well and like the MR150, is easy to clip on a belt or pocket lip for mobile carry. I like to use both the Backpacker and 150, now 300, at my campsite as it provides excellent coverage to repel the bugs.

It works with some common sense

Purchased and used the MR300 this spring, early for any major mosquito problems but plenty of nats, biting flys and a few mosquitoes. The MR300 when used with some common sense works incredibly well. If there is a steady breeze you will need to put it up wind. Simple as that. When the air is relatively calm you will have a good solid zone of protection. If not, you may have to move it around a bit. This is now my second purchase from Thermacell.
