Very Good Product

We live on a small canal in South Florida and the mosquitoes can be bad anytime of the day. Fellow backpacks carrier them so I got on for my back yard and patio area, my wife's only complaint is the odor of the repellent which I very rarely notice. We both appreciate that the mosquitoes are not around once we turn on our MR300.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just wanna say that your Thermacell Mosquito Repellant system is absolutely fantastic!! I'm just replacing one that I've had 3 summers!! This item is odorless, works great, and being in Phoenix during monsoons that says a whole lot!! My laundry is on the patio and not only do I not get bit, my clothes don't get that repellant smell!! There is no fire, no extra heat!!! And it is easily portable even being on!! Thank you sooo much for a great product!! Always a fan of Thermacell!!

Before you reach out, we would suggest trying two things:
1) Please ensure you see a small light through the view hole to ensure the device is on.
2) If your device will not turn on, please let the fuel flow for 2 minutes without pressing start. This can purge any dust or debris that may have settled inside of the device.
If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us.

Finally, a really effective solution.

I've given up sprays, etc., and could not believe how effective the MR300 really is for protecting this mosquito magnet (me). Because it takes a few minutes to heat up, I turn it on prior to going outside to "supervise" my two pups as they run around in the fenced in area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cant even get the thing to start. Been at it for a half an hour and still wont turn on. I am being eaten alive. Biggest waste of money. Do not buy.

It Really Works!

I bought this unit a couple months ago and was a little skeptical about this working very well. We have a log home with a large porch and seem to have problems with mosquitos and flies later in the day. Turned this unit on while we were sitting on the porch. Had no problem with the mosquitos and it even cut down on the flies bothering us. Like the product no smells or noise.

Bought 2 from Walmart and one didnt have three refills ..contact them and they sent me 3 refills what awesome company and they are very pleasant and and caring
