Skil does honor its warranty!!
Clutch was slipping on my 20v drill/driver and it still had 2-1/2 years to go on its warranty. They shipped me a new one very quickly!

Drill's durability & an important missing feature

Left drill on garage roof for more than a rainy week. It worked fine when I returned. Only the bit holder was rusty. The drill lacks a bit holder, adding one would improve convenience and efficiency.
