Seems to work really well. I just have you used it on one project but worked it in reverse easy to put the bit in etc. No problems. It's my first cordless so I'm kind of loving it.

Drill's durability & an important missing feature

Left drill on garage roof for more than a rainy week. It worked fine when I returned. Only the bit holder was rusty. The drill lacks a bit holder, adding one would improve convenience and efficiency.
