[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids LOVE the Dash Clear View 2 slice toaster because they can see their toast toasting--and they're not the only ones. It works GREAT. Sleek, simple, cute design. Makes perfect toast! Highly recommended!

Dash Clear View Toaster is a Winner!

I love the design and functionality. (All DASH products look great.) This toaster is very lightweight and the lever takes very little pressure to depress. I like the Cancel button in case I need to end the cycle. The class window is easy to remove and reinsert. I like being able to toast longer slices of bread in one go, instead of each end separately. Also, different thicknesses of bread slices are not a problem. Well, within reason of course. My old toaster was heavy and clunky and spot toasted. This toaster is a DREAM!!!!

product broke in the first 5 months with light use

The toaster has promise as long as it works. A tab at the bottom of the glass pane broke on my unit during a simple cleaning process. This tab hold a button down, which if not pressed prevents the unit from working. I believe this tab is fairly fragile, particularly in light of the fact that it will get exposed whenever a user wants to clean the products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This toaster is very easy to use. It does a great job with toasting bread taken from the freezer. Finally a toaster that toasts the whole slice of bread. It's fantastic.
