I had one for many, many years. I use a lot of breads from a bakery. Often the slices are long and/or fat. It was easy to use. I got rid of it because the lever would not stay down. I did not know that it might just have been that the Glass Panel Clamp was not fully inserted. I know now what to look for. I appreciate the flyer in the box which warned me about this potential problem.

This toaster is very easy to use. It does a great job with toasting bread taken from the freezer. Finally a toaster that toasts the whole slice of bread. It's fantastic.
