Where to get a Carafe for the DCM100R

Sneak A Cup

I just got the pot for Christmas. The coffee pot works great, the clock is so bright you can use it as a night light. But my Model: DCM100B Sneak a Cup does not work. It seems to be missing a stopper in the brew basket to stop the flow as you pull the pot out. Coffee runs all over the heating plate.

Seriously Irritated!!!!

I was rinsing out the carafe and heard a loud popping sound. A huge chunk of glass came out of the side and smaller pieces flying every where!!!!!!! Not happy!!!
No it was not hot and no I did not bang it on anything!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, BUT piece broke off!

I love this coffee maker, but somehow the little piece at the bottom of the basket broke off, so it no longer makes contact with the carafe, so it's kinda useless. Where do I get a replacement basket? Help!!

Very easy to use

Have always used another major brand but I am equally happy with this unit. However, replacement carafes are not as easy to locate on store shelves

Great for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a good cup o coffee. For the price. Easy to use. Love the 2 hour shut off feature. The only thing this maker didn’t come with a washable brew basket like stated on the box.

This coffee maker does come with a removable brew basket that would hold the paper filters, but now with a permanent filter.
