Bought this coffeemaker less than a year ago. It quit working this week! Very unhappy. But now as I read other reviews and the rating, I would not have bought this coffeemaker if I had read the reviews first.

Terrible unit. Stopped after a month

Purchased a month ago. The brew basket does not open to allow coffee to flow out. The coffee stays in the basket or flows over the edges, bringing grounds with it. There appears to be a problem with the spring that opens the flow hole.

DEAD COFFEE MAKER!

I bought this about a month and a half ago and it wont even power when plugged in all of the sudden! It worked great this morning and now its dead! What a waste of money!

Do not buy this coffee pot!!!

I purchased this coffee maker 3 months ago and at first it worked great , but now I have had nothing but trouble. We have kept it very clean, followed all instructions for cleaning and use:
It just keeps overflowing. I have tried making much less coffee, different filters, ground types.. It ends the same: a huge mess of over flow coffee grounds and water. Stay away from this coffee pot!

Handle on the pot doesn't stay on

I purchased this a few months ago and any time you make a full pot, the handle comes off and spills all over the place. It nearly burned my grandmother when she tried to pour a cup of coffee. On top of that, we cannot keep the lid on the pot while pouring or the liquid will spill all over the place!

Overflow issue

Wanted to love the coffee maker. Very compact. Doesnt take up much counter space. However the basket has an Overflow issue.

You all should be ASHAMED!

Bought this last year, worked fine up until a few months ago. The coffee kept getting clogged up because the water wouldn't seep down into the carafe. I took of the rubber tip that controls the flow and now it just spills all over the place. This was a waste of money and I'm going to file a complaint with the as agencies as I can on this product.

Not working

I have had this item less than a week and have yet to see it make coffee. The time is correct I set the auto brew program nothing! I took our the plastic trip that controls the flow nothing! I press the on button and I wait nothing! Day 4 and I've been waiting exactly an hour and 23 minutes for it to brew and still nothing is happening :/ hasn't been brewing coffee automatically at 7:45 each morning or anything! I guess I'll just return it!
