Does what it's supposed to

I've only had this coffee pot for about 4 days; my old one (different brand) just suddenly stopped working one morning. I wanted a coffee maker that had a programmable timer on it, which this does, and so far, it has performed as expected. I set the timer for 15 minutes before I wake up (it does brew a bit slower than my last one) but the coffee is hot and ready by the time my phone alarm goes off at 6am. So far, I've had no issues & it was easy to register the product with the website. I don't need anything fancy, I just want hot, fresh coffee when I wake up for the day and this does the job just fine so far. Hopefully this one lasts longer than one it replaced.

Makes good coffee.

Bought this on 10/07/21 and there are some things that I don't care for: 1)You have to hold the coffee maker firmly down in order to open the lid without the maker moving or tipping. 2) If you don't put the coffee in the basket so that it's fairly level, it will cause the coffee to over-run the top of the filter in the basket. 3) Too many steps to set the auto brew...even though you have a 'pre-set' time already programmed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great basic coffeemaker. I love everything about it, most of all the hard buttons (as opposed to vinyl covered touch pads) on the control panel. Bright red LCD clock and button functions are about the only thing in my home I can read without putting my reading glasses on. Simple setup and programming. Very large reservoir opening makes it easy to pour in the water. No drip carafe with a snap off lid for easy washing. And it looks nice on my counter. At this price, I may buy another one to have when this one eventually kicks the bucket!

Delicious coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffe was delicious, but water leaked from the showerhead to the outside of the carafe during brewing. The instructions tell to unplug the appliance when not in use. This means to me that every time I use the coffee pot, the time must be reset. This doesn't make sense .
