Child Proof / Adult Proof

The child proof packaging is horrible! It requires scissors which I DO NOT carry around with me. I have to cut them open at home which leaves the batteries loose & MORE of a hazard for children. This was a STUPID & MORE dangerous idea.

Rayovac 312 12pack- 2 packs of 6-absolutely horrible to open, you literally need tin snips to open the package. Child resistant packaging- should read Senior Resistant. whoever approved it should really rethink their mistake

I have always used the RayOVac hearing aide batteries. But now this new packaging is so difficult to open even my scissors want cut threw. I perfer the old packaging it was so easy especially for us Seniors to use. If you making it hard why don't you include a pair of scissors that will cut threw the packaging, mine don't cut this is totally unfair you would put us in this amount of stress to use the batteries. It is parents job to keep away from kids not ours we need easy open containers please go back to the previous containers that moved . Why fix something that isn't broken.

Have a three pack and the expiration date is 5/19. Have to go through half the disc to find a battery that wasn't dead!

After having hearing aids for over 10 years, i bought my first pack of Rayovac batteries. Out of the first 4 batteries, I had 2 go dead after 2 days. Normally my hearing aids give a warning tone when the batteries get low. NO warning, just dead. I have never had this problem with other brands. I used 4 out of a pack of 24. use by May 2022, LUUPF 0028.

Horrible

I thought there was something wrong with my hearing aid and spent a lot of money wasted on Rayovac 312 batteries. I threw out battery after battery and yes, I waited the minute to insert into my hearing aid after removing the tab. I went to a wedding event this past weekend and was so frustrated and gave up on my hearing aid. When I returned home, I charged my rechargeable battery and voila my hearing aid works just fine. I would like a refund for the three eight packages I bought.

The child resistant packaging on the 6 pack is also senior resistant. My spouse and I found it awkward to open using scissors. Price for the 6 was more than I remembered-ouch!

Absolutely horrible packaging for seniors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying to get the packaging open on the 312 hearing aid batteries is so NOT a “senior-considerate” design! My husband has vision and cognitive issues making it nearly impossible for him to access the batteries. My attempts have been painful with the plastic nearly cutting my fingers trying to cut the dispenser open. You need to rethink this change and offer options to accommodate seniors and those with compromised dexterity immediately!
