Black and yellow for the win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works as described. It has enough power to remove and tighten lug nuts. I used it several times rotating my tires. I couldnt really think of any other use that suites me. Its not terribly heavy and the battery lasts like you would expect from Dewalt. This tool also has a built in light like with their drills and drivers. I would have to say like with all my other Dewalt tools its a win.

Awsome power and control ability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The specs call it a mid range but I have yet to need a bigger more powerful impact. I got this mainly to take on trips for roadside tire changes should they be needed. It has been great for tire rotations and changing lawn mower blades.

20V MAX* XR® 1/2 in. Mid-Range Impact

I use a 9ah battery with this impact and it performs and deliverers.. anything I've tried to do with this impact it has done it.. I'm very impressed with it.. it works just as good if not better than the 1/2 air impacts at my work..

Lightwight & Packs a Punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised with this impact. Compact but packs a big punch. I've owned every 20V Dewalt impact they have released and they are heavy and loud. This 20V mid range impact was down right impressive with removing rusted lug nuts and trailer hitch bolts. The first project I used this impact on was removing a magneto with a 3 jaw puller from a 800 ETEC snowmobile motor. My buddy who was helping me with the removal asked if I had an impact with some power. I handed him the new 1/2 mid-range impact with a 20v powerstack battery hooked to it and he could not believe how light it was. To remove a magneto you need all of the 600ft lbs this impact has to get one out. This impact did everything we could ask for and how light it was is an extreme bonus. This impact rocks and Dewalt makes some of the best tools.

Incredible amount of torque

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this impact wrench to take my tires off for changing brake pads and it made the job quick and easy. There was no need for hand tightening or loosening with a wrench, this thing has plenty of torque to handle the entire job.

Very powerful tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool has plenty of power without being too heavy to use. Easily removed lug nuts and bolts on side by side. Makes changing tires and fluids very easy. Hog ring makes for easy changing of sockets. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an impact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] coming from the old 18 volt DW059 1/2" impact wrench ,this one fits in hand so nice and well balanced compacted .. i like went to the trigger switch instead of a rocker . great variety of settings in great placement to flip throw.. the light is a great addition to these tools and in a helpful location . then to the jobs it can take on ,used for tire removal and has no problems breaking lugs lose. so versatile when that tire needs to be fixed or any other job that pops up .. far as getting socket on is smooth and holds well, removal is not a struggle . when in a remote location having this impact knowing you will complete your task . cant go wrong with this setup will fit my needs and will always be putting to the test .
