Awesome but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it 5 star but the drill is heavy compared to older models. More compact than the older ones. The anti rotation is great for stopping the drill as soon as it kicks.the drill is definitely a power house.

Great power and handling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent hammer drilling power, easily drilled several inches into concrete slab in home basement. Even with the high torque output the recoil was almost non-existent, making it easy to use and control. The ability to reposition the 360 side handle made it very easy to get the drill into tight corners and maintain control and pressure while drilling. Consistent power at low and high speed, but did not even have to use the higher speeds to get through the concrete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerfull Smooth Drill

The brushless motor on this drill allows you to get a more powerful tool that also feels smoother to use. This drill is a great purchase to use for a variety of jobs.

i use this drill every day in an industrial maintenance role. great power and light weight. drill wood, steel, rubber, every time. i work in a sand plant and goes through very dirty and dusty environments and doesn't skip a beat

Love this drill I won’t it on a give away so I have 3 different hammer drills but the compactness of this one is my favorite. It has the power I need with the size I prefer

Just go my new DEWALT 20V MAX XR Brushless Cordless 1/2 in. Hammer Drill model # DCD1007B. What a heavy duty beast. Top of the line and a great addition to my Dewalt collection.
