This is an incredible sander. The locking bag comes in handy when you are sanding on a roof.

Powerful battery sander

This sander is quite impressive. I have a few battery sanders but this is definitely my favorite. I find most battery sanders just don't have enough power but this one is nearly if not just as good as my corded sanders. I find myself using this more then any of my other sanders. It also doesn't eat through batteries to awfully bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This sander can sand small surfaces at a time and big surfaces too. I felt in love with this battery orbital sander right away. The speed adjustment are really interesting when working with more delicate material such as epoxy. It really makes a difference. I used to have the old grandfather's tool and this is a futuristic tool for me. My sander is also able to connect to the DWV9000 adapter on a portable dewalt vaccuum directly. It made a big difference for me to have battery operatd tools around sticky epoxy resin. This sander can really sand without much debris used this way.

Incompatible with DWV9000

The DCW210 sander is fine, but DeWalt messed up with the dust collection for this tool. Everywhere you will read that this sander is compatible with the DWV9000 universal connector -- that is a lie. The dust port is not designed to accept the DWV9000 connector.
