We just bought this last week and we’ve used it every day. We are having experiments as you can see in my photos. Not only does it cool well it cleans easily and does not get hot to the touch. Highly recommend!

Horrible Chemical like smell when cooking.

I was so impressed with my first meal cooked in my Air-Fryer I finally got for my birthday, but the weird overwhelming chemical like smell when cooking even sometimes the food taste like the smell really puts me off sometimes when I’m cooking something it makes me feel sick and I can’t eat the food. With I could get this machine without the overwhelming Chemical smell because I love it so much It just doesn’t make me want to use it because of that reason only.

This duel fryer is ingenious, having two different foods to please everyone? Mind blowing..Takes up a bit of counter space, but I am ok with that. Perfect item.

Less then 1 year and it stopped working.
It kept tripping my electrical box before finally stopping totally.
Very disappointed and overpriced. My cheaper air fryer worked much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Ninja Foodie and I wish that I had invested in an air fryer sooner. I have used it nearly everyday since it arrived. This is my first experience with this type of appliance so I started out cooking frozen foods such as chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and onion rings because they are easier to cook. There is definitely a learning curve with the appliance. I should have read the directions more thoroughly because my first two batches of fries came out as black, burnt bricks with a raw centers. The most important tip that I can give anyone is to take advantage of the pause feature and flip often. It is also important to not overfill the baskets. Just because the basket holds 4 quarts doesn’t mean you should put 4 quarts of food in each basket. Having two different compartments that can operate independently of each other is simply genius. It is so nice being able to use one appliance to cook an entire meal and having each item done at the same time using the smart finish feature. As a first time mom of a toddler I struggle daily with providing a home cooked and healthy meal that pleases everyone and doesn’t take all day to prepare. This single appliance has made my life SO much easier! I am seriously considering replacing my microwave with this brilliant appliance. Cleanup is also a breeze. The baskets are dishwasher safe but the coating on the baskets allows the insides to wiped clean with minimal effort. There are only two things about this appliance that I would change if given the opportunity. First I wish that the baskets were wider instead of taller. This would allow me to cook a larger amount of food without worrying about the food coming out evenly cooked. I would also include accessories such as a dehydrating rack or pans small enough to use inside each basket. Overall I highly recommend this appliance. I promise that you will not be disappointed and your family will thank you.

I bought these a few days ago, everything started off fine. The machine makes a odd smell when used. But worst of all are the handle design's. The handles slide right off so all my food fell on the floor several times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this new appliance. The only thing I would like better is more recipes. I wish there was a cookbook. There seems to be lots of info on the air frying so would love more info on the other features.

The baskets are a nice size. You can do 2 things at one time, which is good. There is a pause button so you can check your food. I intend to use this often!
