Should have purchased this as soon as it came out… being able to cook 2 items simultaneously and have them finish at the same time is definitely a bonus. Easy to use, cooks great, and easy to clean. Would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a air fryer.

Bad basket design, odd temperature settings

This was my first air fryer and might be my last. I'm someone that hates cooking and finds it extremely stressful. I got an air fryer hoping it might expand what I cook and save me money over eating out. I used it once and don't ever want to use it again. The item that I had called for cooking at 380, we'll 380 isn't an option with this machine. It took 2 tries to get the cooking right and all in all was more of a headache than what it was worth. Then I went to clean it. The crimping try is a horrible design. The handle is small and hard to grab. Worse yet it fits in extremely tight, so trying to pull it out while it had some oil on it was very difficult. When I did get it my thumb got rolled between the gap and it pinched and cut my thumb. I will never use this again and if I could give negative stars I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this hoping for convenience. It was not a good experience. I wrote a review on June 5th stating the temp never got up to where I set it (both chambers, set to match) and I was left with uncooked chicken in one chamber. Recooked another 30 mins still uncooked. The response I received from Ninja about my review was "We LOVED your review", indicating it was bots just counting and not people actually caring about their product. It is going back tomorrow. I had to give at least one star in order to submit. I'd actually give zero stars. I had to give 5 stars for the price tho but for the performance, zero stars
