Great features, but doesn’t “match” cook like it i

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for her birthday. This is what she wanted more than anything. I’m very disappointed one side cooks different than the other. There is a “match” button but the same good comes out so different. Big disappointment.

I was excited to receive the dual zone air fryer but unfortunately I haven't been able to use it more than a few times. Each time it has ruined my food due to a very strong chemical smell and taste. I am very disappointed in this product.

I love the product but unlike some of your other products. There are no accessories. No baking pans that fit. For the most part there is nothing to
aide you use of all the features unless you just plop in the two drawers. You did all of that for your others but not this one. Disappointed in that area and the only reason the low rating. It's a bit like getting the best corvette and you live on a 1 mile long island.

I bought this close to a year ago and it’s doing this on the back, it concerns me if this is still safe to use. I can’t just replace as easily. I love the product but don’t know what to do. Should I be concerned?

Breaks after warranty expires.

Designed to break down after warranty expires. Mine? The timer now counts down twice as fast every second. Doubling the time results in burned food. Buyer beware. Look at the other 2 star and lower reviews for a good idea what goes wrong. No actual support after warranty. They suggest buying a new one. Do your research first. Stay away from this product.

Chemical smell
on December 14, 2020

Hello,
I just purchased the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer and when using it the first time noticed a chemical smell coming from it while using it. I decided to look over the box and happened to notice the P65 warning label that has been strategically “hidden” on the bottom of the box. I own many Ninja products and now concerned about how many labels I’ve missed and what chemicals I’ve been exposing myself and my family to over the years using your products.
After 2018 all companies are required to list at least one chemical on their warning label. Yours does not. I would like to know:
-What potentially hazardous substance(s) the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer contains, as well as what part of the product the chemicals are in.
- How might a person be exposed to the chemical(s) from the air fryer. For example, are you exposing your customers to chemicals through inhalation, contact with food, transfer to food, etc.
-Do the risks of the chemical(s) exposure include cancer, reproductive harm, or both?
-Are there ways a customer can reduce any risk of exposure to the hazardous chemical(s) while using the product?
I sent an email to customer service as well but wanted to make sure my concerns don't get looked over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased this air fryer and decided to make chicken tenders and rutabaga fries for the Super Bowl. Chicken turned out perfect but recipe for rutabaga fries was unsuccessful. Would love a recipe if anyone has one, using this air fryer. Cant wait to see what other goodies I can make!
