It is easy to use just push the buttons and it really does all the work for you. Eliminates the carrying of other tool like a duster the long handle help gets up high in corners where you can't reach. Brush for carpets, turn it off and now you have your broom, I can't see nobody not wanting to make cleaning as easy as 1, 2, 3

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned! I have raised 5 children and have 15 grand children. I have been through many vacuum cleaners in my lifetime. Everything about this one is fantastic! If I every buy another one it will be a shark again!!

I’ve had my Shark for about 18 months, and it outperforms the 2 previous vacuums I had. I just bought a second one to keep upstairs in my house. I’m hooked on Sharks!

Light weight, easy to maneuver, strong parts

I bought it a month ago, use it everyday on a home with huskies, dogs and kids, wish the hose will be a little more flexible and wish the attachments will be available with vacuum instead of buying them separately and having to wait for it. The vacuum is great for carpets, strong and the suction is amazing, for floors is not as great, but using the attachment for floor makes it super easy. I give this vacuum a 5 per works great for my needs

If your on the fence about this or any other Shark/Ninja product, let me assure you that you can't go wrong. We've had ours for 7 years and have been blessed with two great border collies who shed like nobody's business. This vaccuum still gets up the hair and the dirt, the attachments are easy to use and work great. We may not ever need to get another vacuum, but if we do, it will be a Shark

Excellent vacuum cleaner that works great

I bought this vacuim cleaner on the recommendation of my cousin, who has a professional cleaning business.
I've owned my Shark for a little over 5 months and it has worked like a champ. To date our vacuum cleaner has not clogged once from our German Shepard Dog hair or anything else that was vacummed .
I really like the ability to adjusted the suction. This allows me to use it on various carpets and floor without an issue.
All in all, this has been probably the best vacuum cleaner that I hhave owned.

Best Vacuum EVER!!!

I bought this vacuum about six months ago and it’s been wonderful. It keeps my floors so clean and I don’t have to worry about it not sucking up dog hair and crumbs because it gets it all.

My husband got me this vacuum about 6 years ago and it is still going. I use it daily, sometimes light duty on the floors (tile, hardwood) carpet and area rugs, just a basic vacuum throughout. Every so often I use it for "heavy" duty where it goes all day on furniture, blinds, baseboards, cabinets, fans, air purifiers, etc. I absolutely love this vacuum and how versatile it is.
All of the attachments are used depending on what I'm cleaning, but each of them does a great job. I love that I'm able to use the hose and wand or just the hose with the attachments.
The canister caddy is really nice to have for when I'm "dusting" or vacuum above floor. I'm able to put the canister right on the caddy and just go along without having to hold/carry the canister.
I do maintain the vacuum by taking it apart (canister, hose, wand, filters, etc) and cleaning it all every month or so. Usually weekly or a few times a week (depending on use) I clean out the brushroll and check the attachments to make sure theres no clogs.
This vacuum really runs well and still has powerful suction after all these years. Its reliable and i really love it.

We are looking into a new vacuum which would be either the Apex DuoClean with ZeroM or the Rotator Pro DuoClean with Zero M. Even though our current one runs well, I really like the DuoClean and ZeroM options in the new vacuums.
