We just recently got this vacuum and we’re amazed at what our old vacuum was leaving behind. This one works really well. It’s a tad bit heavy to use going up stairs but other than that we love it!

Great vacuum with powerful suction and super easy to maneuver. I love the lift-away feature for stairs and hard-to-reach spots. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it feels a little heavy after a while, but overall it’s a solid and reliable vacuum.

Great vacuum, especially if you have pets

Pet sit in people‘s homes so I use a lot of different vacuum cleaners. One of my clients has this particular one and I love it! They have three cats and three dogs. A lot of hair! I love how easy it is to just take the top off to be able to get all the hair off the steps. I love that it easily switches from bare floor to rug. And it picks everything up. The rotator is very easy and it’s not heavy at all. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner, especially if you have pets.

I know why they call it a shark...its because tough tough TOUGH! Suction is powerful multifunctions and just an over all powerful vacuum. Cleans your carpets in minutes

I like the power of vacuum it seems heavier than last one tho! And I don’t like that roller in new one other one nothing got caught on roller this one does !!

Best vacuum I have ever owned!!!

By far the BEST vacuum I have ever owned. The first time I used this at a friends house I immediately bought it. Worth the money! I’ve had this vacuum for 3 years now and still works perfect even after smashing it into the cabinets a bunch of times. The suction is unreal and there’s different modes so if you have rugs that are thin. Lights so you can see what your vacuuming. The noise is typical nothing to loud. I would buy this over and over again.
