Best Vacuum Ever!

Shark's are awesome bc u never have 2 replace filters bc they're washable. One review I saw said the brush didn't turn. I've never had that problem on my carpet. If it does due 2 a string or hair tangle, the light that stays green if turning goes out so u know right away thus motor doesn't burn out. Suction on Sharks is always great. And, being able to go from carpet to bare floor with a quick change of attachment is awesome & saves me time spent w/broom. The upholstery attachment is SCARy it spins so fast & sounds like a dentist's drill (some sort of flashback I believe). But, I have 2 cats & after using this feature, my red microsuede furniture looks brand new. So...there ya go...now ya know!! No mistake in making THIS purchase, & I know you will love it too!!

Power, Control, Clean!!

We had our Amway Cleartrack (first bagless) for nearly 26 years. It was time to go and boy am I happy with the shark. Seems like a lot of things have changed since that early bagless. I really like the weight of the Shark and maneuverability. The best thing is the power, as well as, the low noise level and the wonderful pet fur attachment. That small tool works like magic! Only thing I dislike at this time is the hose. It is stiff and cumbersome but expect in time it will loosen up a bit. I do wish a hardwood floor head was included.

The best vacuum I've owned

This is an amazing vacuum! I have two giant sized dogs with alot of fur and they shed alot! This shark is amazing at picking up the hair and general vacuuming. The filter is easy to change and I absolutely love that it's bagless! This is the best vacuum I've ever owned!

Versatile design, lightweight

Wand is convenient, lift away feature is great for stairs. Had one for 5 years, lost in a house fire. I've now had my replacement 2 years. I've never had any issues or maintenance aside from filters. Only a couple clogs in the 7 years or my hair to cut out of the rollers, easy to take apart and clear though. Bare floor and roller settings work well. Its been a solid machine for our family of 5 and 2 fur babies.

I researched vacuums for about a week and decided on the Lift Away Professional because the pictures online made it look like it came with several accessories. There wasn't fine print stating that pictures may include optional accessories. So disappointed

Stopped working after one year

This vacuum was great until it wasn't. I took out the hose part to use it and when I clicked it back into place the suction was still on the hose part. It clicks back into place, but it doesn't divert back to the main vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this at the end of March 2020 and my hose has already broke in 3 places! Iv never had a vacuum hose break until I bought a shark!

Bought this and loved it and after a week and 2 days it just stopped working. Very disappointed because the first one i owned was amazing but this one not so much!
