I love this vacuum!

I love this vacuum. It's not my vacuum, but I still love it! I need to tell all of the people who give this machine a 1 or 3 star rating this: LEARN HOW TO SPELL PLEASE! You also need to be more gentle. I am of course a vacuum lover, and Shark and Bissell have to be my favorite brands. The next vacuum that I'm buying is definitely going to be a Shark. This have amazing suction, great tools, and you can clean the entire house with this! Just make sure that if you have an upstairs, do the downstairs first, and then the next day do the upstairs. Now I would tell you more, but I need to finish this up. To conclude, the vacuum is overall amazing and great quality, and is still mostly good as new after about 3 years of vacuuming. Solid, reliable vacuum!

I have had this vacuum for over 10 years now and it has served me well with 4 cats, 3 dogs and 2 babies! I have had zero issues or any need of replacement parts. We are buying more shark products, well...just because! Thank for you for such an amazing product.

Great vaccum

I've had this model for 3 years now of heavy house use with dogs carpet and hardwood floors. The filters are washable and the hepa filter is easy to replace. Far superior to anything else I've ever used definitely a great product

I've had mine for over five years,. And loved it,. One morning the main motor started a horrible noise,. It still works,. But I won't use it,. Wish they had the motor part. But guess they don't

I like the vacuum except for the shocks I receive when any part of my body touches the cord. And unlike what "troubleshooting" says, the shocks HURT! Legs, hips, hands, etc. Wow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best vacuum I have ever owned

I have owned this vacuum for four years and I absolutely love it. When I first began using my shark I was shocked how much dirt it was pulling out of my carpets. I will never own another vacuum that isn't a shark

I have owned mine since 2013. Nothing has broken but did have an overheating issue. When I called I was instructed how to resolve the issue and it has been great since. Hope I didn't jinx myself!

ok, here's the thing...i don't leave reviews, i certainly don't leave reviews for products i bought 4 years ago...but this vacuum compels me to just that. This machine has been awesome, every. single. day. I thought i was settling for this vacuum because i couldn't afford the bigger name unit that was twice as much...but i am so glad i bought this one. I love it. in a world full of disappointing appliances, this one constantly surprises me with it's quality, versatility, and general usefullness.
I would recommend this to a friend!
