I’ve had my Shark vacuum for about 4 years. It works on carpet and in tile. All the accessories come in handy. I use it to vacuum under the bed or small places. I use it to vacuum ceiling fans too. I love the detachment option. I have a black large dog so I vacuum pretty often. I use to use it to vacuum the bed, but it’s not as practical as a hand held vacuum. I ended up purchasing a shark handheld vacuum as well. I would definitely recommend this product. For the price it does an amazing job!

this vacuum has half the suction power of a bagged vacuum and the customer service is atrocious. It would have been nice if the replacement filters where sold in stores

I have bought every other NAMED brand vacuum and had to replace them yearly or year and a half max because of loss of suction or some other malfunction. I have 3 dogs and a cat on top the normal everyday dirt. I purchased this almost 3 years ago. I don't do anything but empty it and I have driven over the cord numerous times. The suction is just as good as day one, its that good!! I will never own another brand after this one passes away. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who has tried them all and has animals. This is a blessing for those of us who have to vacuum all the time.

This is my fourth vacuum from shark. I had to buy another one because my husband lost my floor attachment to my last vacuum. So here is why I don’t like this vacuum. 1. It doesn’t go under cabinets. 2. It is heavy. 3. It doesn’t go under furniture. 4. Any of the attachments can go under furniture. I use everyone of my sharks for cleaning houses. They are the best vacuum to clean with. I recommend y’all a brand to anyone. Plus I love the long warranty you have on your vacuums.

It worked great at first

I bought this vacuum 3 years ago hoping it would last for quite awhile. Have already had to replace the suction once. The handle recently broke off causing the cord to tangle and kink regularly. I loved it at first however it was new so it should be working the way it claims, but now after 3 years I would not recommend buying this vacuum if you have hopes of it lasting awhile like it should.

I purchased this vacuum a few months ago and used it twice. I am so disappointed with just about every part of this vacuum. You have to go over the carpet multiple times for it to pickup ANYTHING on the carpet. It did not come with all of the accessories shown. My past "inexpensive" vacuums had more suction than this vacuum. I wasted my money, don't waste yours.

Reading other reviews, I had to write mine. I use these vacuums daily multiple houses a day. Never has this model ever cracked like some of the review pics. That has to be from falling down steps or misuse. I run the life out of these. But just like any other machine YOU have to maintenance them. Clean them regularly! My hoses never cracked. (Over extending will cause that) just be smart with them and take care of them and they will last years. I’m going on over 7 years with 11 of these machines and none have failed. The hoses I wash with laundry soap once a month and air dry. 3 filters I wash once a week. Take care of them! They will last!
