Love my Shark Navigator! It is one of the best vacuums that I have ever purchased. Light-weight, easy to use and does a great job picking up dirt and pet hair. You can use on both hardwood and carpeted floors. It also allows you to take it apart and carry it with you to vacuum the stairs! It is easy to clean and there isn't a bag. Shark Customer Service is amazing if you need them!

I have had this vacuum for year's. It works pretty food for the most part. Some days it doesn't like to get things off bare floors.

This vacuum was okay, basic. Nothing special to it. Just as other shark I have used in the past, suction power was not the greatest, and I found myself getting frustrated using it after less than a year of usage

My family has been using this vacuum cleaner for years. I have using one for well over 8 years. It still works really well, the only thing is that a wheel has come off. It is super easy to take apart and clean out the insides as well!

I have had my shark lyft away vacuum cleaner for almost 5 years and it still works just like new. I am always surprised at how much dirt and pet Shark Nv501 Navigator 3 1 Lift Away Rotator 1 Ea hair is in the canister when done. When I go to buy a new vacuum cleaner whenever that may be I will be going back with another Shark Vacuum.

100% will recommend this vacuum or anyone of the Shark vacuums. Best vacuum I have ever had. Works absolutely so great! Also with having hairy animals this vacuum is a must. You’ll thank me later
