I came to this site for replacement filters. Mine are fine, just figured I needed a spare cause it's been 8 years. I see a lot of folks complaining. Mine is absolutely perfect! I have kids and pets, carpet and bare floors. Absolutely no problems. Love it

I'm had this vac around two years and I tried giving it a chance, but i really hate it the suction power is poor.I have to go over the rug three four times to get the job done,& even then I'm not satisfied with the outcome. I wish I never bought this vacuum .

Clean brushes yourself

I bought this about three months ago and the reason why I upgraded was because of the bristles on the brush continue to get clogged with hair

I give it 3 stars as it’s great when it works ! I’ve only had it 2yrs and finally stopped working no suction there’s no clogs I clean and change the filters regularly I would expect it to last longer than 2 yrs that and it wasn’t cheap

Great vacuum

I’ve had my shark ever since they introduced this model (maybe 7-9 yrs) this thing is a beast (works great) and I just performed some routine maintenance on it (CLEANING) I couldn’t be happier this vacuum! 7-9 years old and this shark would still take bite out of a brand new dyson with its performance!

Great vacuum cleaner

I've had this vacuum cleaner for at least four years, and I haven't had any of the problems that people have reported. I have two cats and I can't believe how much it picks up in 1 vacuum of my whole house. it's pretty good at swiveling and getting into tight places, and when it can't, you can get them with the detachable hose. I like all the different ways you can use it. This is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned.

I bought mine ELEVEN years ago & it STILL has the same suction as the 1st time I used it. I rinse & clean my filters regularly & just now am having to buy a replacement roller head & the hose only because my daughter broke the piece that connects the hose. That would be the only con I have is the way the hose connects. I have had 4 huge hairy dogs all these years and 3 dirty messy kids soooooooo...i say it is the best investment I ever made

I bought this about 9 -10 months ago. Was great up until about a week ago. I noticed it not getting its suction, so I cleaned it. Got new filters for it, looked in the hose under it and everything to see why. Still found nothing that I could see why it wasn’t working like it did the first months. I get a vacuum doesn’t last forever. But really not even a year?! Don’t waste your money on this one. I love shark products but this one is NOT a good one.
