Sucks nothing!

Bought this to replace my old shark which has done fine for a year until the brush wore out. Called to ask for replacement part which previously I’d been sent in an old model of shark. This time it was send it back and we’ll replace at your cost in TWO MONTHS who the heck doesn’t vacuum in two months? So I bought this one as I’d wanted a bit more with the front lights. Opened the box first the hose would stay clicked in kept falling out plus when I ran it it picked up ZERO on the floor and carpet! And it cost much more! You’ve raised your prices and cheaper product I’m disgusted no more sharks for me!

shark literally sells 1 replacement part for this vacuum. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Pitiful.

Hose broke

I have had this vacuum for about 2 yrs and the hose split too bad I never registered it for warranty and I don’t know if I threw the receipt away such a long time ago but can’t believe it broke other than that it worked fine

I’m a housekeeper and building manager and I’m always cleaning something. This vacuum is the BEST. It’s lightweight and so maneuverable. Gets up pet hair in a snap! I had a dyson but this is better and waaaay cheaper. Sadly, mine died after 9 years of hard service and hopefully Santa will deliver another!!!!

The vacuum was great at first, but then when I accidentally knocked it over the wand broke right in half and now i can no longer use it. I would have hoped for the money it would have been built a little sturdier.

Broken Again!

I was excited when I first brought this guy home. Bare floors all downstairs and carpet on stairs and upstairs. Small house 1300 sq ft. Should do the job right?! NOPE this thing has done nothing but give me problems. Plastic breaks, clogs easily (seriously and I vacuum every day...yes I am a freak but can’t stand dirty floor), brush has had to be replaced and now the final straw the hose handle cracked! I’m done dealing with the headaches of this machine! I would NOT recommend nor would I buy this again!!!
