This is a high quality espresso at a great price. Full control of temperature, length of pull. Easy frothing, great steam and foam. My cappucinos taste so good, I have to limit myself to 2 per day! I missed this during the first sale, but grabbed it during the Black Friday deal. So happy I did!

Had our last expresso machine 14 years so we upgraded. In my opinion the Ultra is perfect except for one weakness. There is a learning curve to the steam wand. Don't get me wrong, it works like it should but I like my last machine steam function better. Still, I do not regret the purchase and would do it again.

I’m very happy with this machine, and the delivery and support has been excellent. It’s a huge step up from my last two machines, so much so, that I’m finding myself going further down the coffee rabbit hole.
It is simple to use, holds a huge amount of water, and is surprisingly solid at this price point. Yes, there are many more expensive machines to be had, but this fits the budget and has really allowed me to up my standards.
Steamer works well, machine is easy to clean and to reconfigure for water temp, amount, etc, and I am set for many years.

Worked Great Until It Didn't

I bought this a few months ago and it has been perfect until just recently. Pulled great shots and pretty quick milk steaming. Recently when pulling my normal shot I heard a crack about 10 seconds in (normal 18g dose) and water started leaking out between the portafilter and the seal in the group head. I can't see where the actual damage is, and there are no replacement parts for this type of issue on the website. Was also using the casabrew bottomless portafilter. Not sure if this is just my machine or a known issue.
