I had a different espresso machine and needed an upgrade. I got the Casabrews Pro and didn’t like how small and light it was. I switched to the Ultra and absolutely love it! It’s perfect! I can change my water temp, the frother can move to be placed over the bottom drip tray and it steams beautifully, it’s quiet, and programmable for the one and two shots! It’s a win for me!!

We have had this for a couple of weeks and it seems like o be doing the job so far. Much less mess than the 5700pro we previously had (which quit working after a couple of years). We decided that o give casabrews another chance even though we had problems with a previous espresso maker. We are hopeful this will have decent longevity. Seems easy to clean. Only 4 stars because the steam wand is weak. It works but takes at least 60 seconds to get results. It’s still early, but so far happy.

Really pleased with my Christmas gift from my wife. She paired it with the tornado grinder and so far after only a few days use I'm thrilled with both products, easy and intuitive it's actually a joy to use.
