Quiet and clean really well

Great, but slow vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had trouble setting up and connecting to my wifi network, but I think this was user error. The Shark Robot vacuum goes slow cleaning each room, I could definitely go faster with my regular vacuum and get into the smaller places the robot vacuum couldn’t. It’ll be nice to use when we bring our newborn hole from the hospital and have no energy. Goes from hardwood to carpet and back with ease. I probably wouldn’t use it if I wasn’t home just because I have a dog. But if the dog was away from the house with me, I might set it then.

Easy to vacuum with no effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Shark Navigator Robot Vacuum + Self-Empty Base from Influenster for my honest review. I have run this a few times per week, and it appears to be keeping my floors clean. The battery has never run down fully while vacuuming my floors, which is great. I appreciate having the self-empty base so I don't have to remember to empty the vacuum weekly. Since this vacuum is on the second story, I really appreciate it has the technology to recognize the stairs and not tumble down. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to use a robot vacuum.

Ok vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was ok. The battery lasted a decent time and the vacuum and base don’t take up much room. Setting it up took a bit of time but wasn’t too hard. I did not like that it got stuck on things frequently and it constantly had hair getting stuck. Probably not a great choice for people with long hair or pets.

Effective, and set it and forget it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Shark Robot Vacuum, and probably won’t be my last, because they work well, rarely get hung up, and are easy to schedule, so cleaning up isn’t a hassle. And the Navigator Robot Vacuum lives up to all my expectations.
The vacuum comes well packaged and safe, double boxed and in perfect condition, film covering sensitive areas to make sure nothing is scuffed or damaged. The directions for getting it up and running are large and clear, and it is mostly intuitive. I experienced the most hassle when connecting to the app (which o already had), but I think it was a problem with my wifi. Other than that, you pretty much just plug in the base, connect the spinning edge cleaner (mine came with 2, a backup, which is fantastic), place the vacuum on the base. It immediately began to charge, so I gave it a bit before setting it on its way.
Functionally, I really like this base better than my older model. The robot self empties, of course, and you will have to occasionally dump it out. Because the base has a sleek, smooth front, to empty it, there is a large, easy to push button on the back right. It’s simple to find with your fingers (as you won’t be able to see it easily), and after pressing, the right side disconnects so you can take it to the trash. I really like this feature.
Another feature I like is that the base has a way to wind up the cord inset into the back, so you no longer have to worry about excess cord, which is perfect for me as my Robot sits almost directly under an outlet.
Most importantly though, how well does it work? Outstandingly! I have it on a tile floor, and a thin carpet, and it handles both like a champ. It keeps my dust and dirt under control, and I don’t have to fret over it. True to its name, it navigates the space well, even when encountering unexpected cords and furniture. My Shark is in my photo studio, and I’m constantly moving and replacing equipment, tables and chairs. Seldom do I find that my Robot has lost its way.
The app is fairly intuitive to use, and you can schedule your Robot to do its job on a consistent basis, then forget it (until it’s time to dump the waste). I use it weekly, as my space isn’t constantly used, but I do have sandstone walls the weep dust consistently.
I am a very happy Shark user for years, and the Navigator Robot Vacuum is worthy of the name. I have a lot of Sharp products, from vacuums to kitchen and bathroom gear, and all have lived up to my high standards. I will and have recommended them, and will continue to do so.

It does an amazing job!

It’s so perfect because we both work full time and so we schedule it to run while we’re out of the house, and then come home to a perfectly clean home. The battery life is perfect for our 1800sqft apartment. It’s quiet and perfect.

Labor less clean floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In exchange for my honest review, I received this product for free from influenster and Shark. By far the best Vox Box I ever received and most fun to review. I’ve had this Shark Robotic vacuum product installed and in use for about 2 months.
What I loved most about the Navigator Robot Vacuum is the self emptying base technology and capabilities and its strong cleaning performance.
I received the Navigator RV2100s/RV2100AE Series.
The vacuum Base was installed in my lower level living room in a corner next to an electric outlet with clearance on both sides. It is close to the WiFi router. It is connected to WiFi to control functions, however this was actually tested when my husband was NOT home and the vacuum accidentally was bumped into, it turned on and started vacuuming and he turned it back to base from his phone while 5 miles away.
During setup the vacuum was oriented to the living room downstairs and robotically created a map layout of floor plan. If you had a bag placed in the room it would avoid it but we tried to pick up anything that could be hazardous or inconvenient such as wires or fabrics that could damage the vacuum prior to each use. Theres a side brush that is a great addition it helps collect the stray dust bunnies that might get away otherwise. The Navigator battery is long lasting for all the work that this robotic vacuum has to do. So when the battery gets low it will automatically return to base and recharge and then continue finishing afterwards. The SharkClean App is great and easy to use.
My opinion based from my use these last 2 months I highly recommend getting the Shark Navigator. I have hard vinyl floors, but long hair and lot of dog hair and I had no issues I had with other vacuums. This Vox was a success and helped clean my house without any labor, only thing I had to do was lift a finger in the Shark clean app and now I have clean floors.
