Beautiful on my counter, and yet simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee maker with easy switch and auto-pause. It is simple and yet sharp looking on my counter. I enjoy that it does have the, auto-pause control. Most mornings don't want to wait until the pot is finished brewing. If you like something simple, and affordable. and still proud to have it displayed on your counter, this Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee maker is for you.

Entry level coffee pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an entry level 12 cup coffee pot. It is not programmable and does not have auto shutoff if left on for an extended period of time. There is just an on/off switch in the front that has a green light on one side so you know if the pot is on or off. The neatest features of this item is a side open design to add water rather than traditional back hinged, and it includes a water filtration disk that improves the taste of the coffee by removing chlorine. That is great, however, the disks will have to replaced over time or not used at all. I think it is great for an office or someone just starting out but it does not have all the bells and whistles us daily coffee drinkers need.

Great affordable coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is PERFECT for the affordable price! The feature with the auto-pause makes it more top of the line. It brews the perfect cup and if you’re impatient like I am, you can grab the pot and pour you a cup while it WAITS FOR YOU! Things are not made like they used to make them, to last. This may be a plastic, inexpensive coffee maker but it brews just as good as those expensive ones! This coffee maker is also VERY light weight so that makes it easy to take with you when you travel. Everyone knows how the hotels or condos have the one cup coffee makers and you’re standing all day in the kitchen trying to brew everyone a cup of coffee. This makes 12 cups and you’re ready to spread the caffeine joy to everyone!

Makes good coffee quick

I also like that the cleanup is a breeze. The electrical cord is shorter than I would prefer but I understand it’s for safety purposes. All in all, I enjoy using it and recommend it.

Love the features, but the unit gets very warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this coffee maker to help us through the holidays as we have frequent visitors and many coffee-drinking guests. The 12-cup coffee maker was perfect. It has a larger capacity, is simple to clean, and the power indicator lights show when it is on. Our favorite detail is the Grab-A-Cup. It is a great feature that pauses the brewing so you can quickly grab a cup and then continues the brewing. It truly has helped many a morning get started here. My only concern is how warm the coffee maker gets. After making a pot, we turned off, removed the pot, and unplugged it so I could move it to make room on the counter. As I moved it, I felt how warm the counter got. It was hot to the touch. Since then, we placed it on a stone trivet as I am worried about the extreme heat and always make sure to unplug it when done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic Old School

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those of us who are not willing to spend the time learning how to program our coffeemaker this is perfect. I don’t need to have my coffee ready at a certain time because I’m never sure when I’ll be getting up.
Put the coffee in the top (which has a large lid so no spilling) fill the water reservoir and flip the switch. Done and done!! Basic coffeemaker like in the old days. I’m tired of electronics that break down in a year and need constant attention to program.
