Excellent Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mr. Coffee 12 Cup Coffee Maker | Easy Switch with Auto-Pause in Black is a great quality coffee maker. I appreciate that it is easy to operate, holds enough servings for when I have guests and that I can pause the brewing to grab a cup when I am in a rush. I feel that the brew cycle time is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

simple and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is so basic and simple and doesn't have much features except the auto pause for not making a mess when removing the pot from under. So keep in mind that it basically just brews coffee for you. doesn't have a clock or an automatic warmup, and no other setting. the plastic is a bit thin and didn't feel sturdy at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. For a simple coffee pot it is well made and does the job fast to make your favorite brew each morning with the set timer. The auto pause is also a great feature for the impatient person that wants that strong cup first.

Basic, but well priced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are much more advanced, feature loaded coffee makers out there, but expect to pay a comparably higher price to get them. This is a basic appliance, not particularly intelligent when you consider all the advanced specialty coffee makers available these days, but it gets the job done well. In some cases, that's all you need and you don't want to pay for more. We use this at home in a guest suite. It's easy to use, especially for people who aren't particularly savvy with home brewing, and it provides enough features for that purpose. Auto pauser allows you to pour a cup mid brew, without dripping coffee all over, and a water window helps to prevent spillage. Filter basket is removable for easy cleaning. That's about it - no real frills but does the trick at an affordable price.

Does its job

It is very easy to clean. The light is great so that I always remember to turn it off. Definitely recommend as a simple, easy to use coffee maker.

Let's get back to basics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my mom who is elderly and needs a simple coffee pot without the bells and whistles. This was right up her ally. She could easily unbox and get a pot going within minutes. This would also be a great gift for a college student or first time apartment goer.

Not auto turn off

Besides that, this coffee maker is basically perfect. Super easy to use. Brews quickly. I like the 12 cup capacity for when I have family or friends over.
