The on/off switch is right in rhe bottom front and easy to one finger switch.
It will pause if you want to grab a cup of coffee while it is making coffee. Great foe those impatient mornings.
The water dispenser has an easy view on side to see how much water is in there. No guessing.
The filter basket is very easy to clean, the lid lifts right up.
This is a wonderful basic coffee maker. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this Mr. Coffee 12 Cup Coffee Maker and we just love it. It brew 12 cups. You can pause it to grab a cup while it’s still brewing. It has a lift and clean filter basket. Lights up to let you know it is on. Easy on/off button.

My favorite part is that I don't have to wait for the entire large pot to be made before I can pour myself a cup of hot coffee - a handy pause button to the rescue! My family of coffee drinkers can all enjoy a cup or two in the morning, and as an added bonus - it looks stylish on my kitchen counter.

That way if I'm in a hurry in the mornings while the coffee is still brewing I can easily refill my mug while it's making without all the mess. I would highly recommend this.

I perfectly brewed pot of coffee to drink with others or just by myself. It’s simple to use and brews quickly without having to wait. Good and hot cup of coffee each time I’ve used it these last few weeks. It sits nicely on my kitchen countertop and matches well with my other kitchen accessories.
