Its an OK chair

Well made chair but lacking the lumbar support that I was really looking for. Thinking of giving it to my teenage son he can probably use it while he does his highschool courses online during the blended/hybrid school year because of covid.

Good chair good value

Just bought my second one. First one is coming on three years old. Gets almost daily use from 3-12 hours. I am the primary user and weigh 165 pounds. Casters and rollers still work perfectly and do not mark hardwood floors. Seat pad is a little compressed but still comfortable for 8-10 hours. The height adjusting piston leaks very slightly requiring a height re-adjustment every couple days. The faux leather on the arms is the weakest link and is de-laminating in several spots but it is only cosmetic and has no bearing on usability. Is it the most comfortable chair? Is it pre-assembled? Will it last 10 years? Is it made from hand-crafted wood and fine Italian leather? If you need to answer yes to those questions then you are shopping at the wrong store. But if you can tolerate a little assembly work want a functional comfortable and well-made chair that isn't heirloom quality furniture and has a price of two numbers then this could be the chair for you. It is for me.

The seat is hard. Not much cushioning. And they weren't kidding when they said it had to be assembled. Very disappointed.

I am taking the chair back to the store. There are way too many small pieces in order to put the chair together. I wish the website would have been more clear about what was involved in putting the chair together. This is ridiculous.
