I didn't see exactly how the arms went on the chair and originally put the right arm on the left side and left arm on the right side. There was nothing in the instructions about this. Therefore, I could not get the bolts to attach the back of the chair to the arms.

This chair is literally THE WORST. Its stiff (not in the good way) the arms are too short, and it moves weird. If I wanted that I'd get my ex-boyfriend back.

I would definitely NOT recommend this chair if you are planning to keep it longer than a year or so. The material started to peel away from the chair (the fake leather fabric) and the flakes would get on your clothing if you sat on it. It's not worth the money! I rarely give negative reviews, but this chair has earned it.

I’ve had this for several years now thing is still going strong nothings fallen apart surely not as comfortable since I use it daily (work from home). No rips tears or any damage. I’ve moved a few times with it and it’s still looking good and everything is in tip top shpe

Okay but pneumatic cylinder gave out

Had this chair for 4 years and it was great (heavy but great) but then the pneumatic cylinder gave out. It would hold me up for a few hours then sink right back down. We had a good run but sad to have to let it go!
