Overall a good chair but may need additional support for the seat/cushion

Overall I like this chair - it was easy to assemble and looks great. The biggest negative is that it’s not the most comfortable to sit in for multiple hours a day (I.e. working from home). I’ve had this chair about 2 weeks and have had to acquire an additional seat cushion support to use with this. But for the price I got it for it’s pretty good (but I’m sure there are better ones out there).

Purpose: We purchased 2 of these chairs a few years ago and then purchased 4 more a few years later for use at a 6-8 person conference room table. Pros: Lovely faux leather appearance; comfortable; great price for the appearance. Cons: Hydraulic lifts for the chairs do not work basically they "seep"eventually depositing the occupant at the lowest level the chair can go. The person sitting in the chair will always start to slowly sink closer to the ground. We noticed this issue with the 1st two chairs we purchased in 2014. We purchased 4 more 2 years ago thinking maybe the issue had been fixed; it has not. The "faulty" seeping hydraulic lifts issue makes these chairs unusable for us due to where/what we use them for--clients and meetings. It's a shame because other than the chair eventually lowering itself with you in it they are quite lovely especially for the price.

Makes a LOT of Noise

I bought this to replace a prior model that the pleather had started to peel. The chair make a very loud squeal whenever you sit on it. I suspect it is a substandard canister. So beware not only of the eventual peeling but watch out for that as well.

No Padding

The chair works fine but there is really not much padding on the seat. It is not a comfortable chair if you’re looking for soft seating.
