Installing the two arm rests was not clear in the drawing I found after I had them backwards that there are small direction arrows for FRONT. This should be shown in the drawing and the locations of the arm rest mounting holes on the seat shown on the drawing as well. The comfort adjust knob restricts the available turning range of the supplied hex key wrench it takes longer to install the legs to the bottom of the seat. No other issues comfortable enough for hours of sitting at a computer.

This chair is fine for the price. Have not had it long so i can't speak to it's durability. Easy to assemble.

I purchased a desk chair on line and was pleased with my purchase. I loved the next day delivery. The chair was easy to assemble . All part were labeled and and packed by steps which made assembly a piece of cake.

Not what I expected

It is more firm than I expected and makes loud noises whenever I shift in the chair (I’m not very heavy). Within a short amount of time my elbows hurt from the armrests. The size of the chair is ample and it was very simple to put together. Overall it is not the best but not the worst.

Its the 2nd of the same we are buying. Got the previous one 2 years ago. Use it daily 9 to 5. Is still comfortable. One seam is already ripped thru but.
