The item had been delivered on-time and well packed. Was easy to assemble all necessary parts were available. The chair itself is good looking; all features work well so far. The reason I put 4 stars - the chair is a bit not convenient to seat - the front part of the seat has the curve that makes sitting a bit uncomfortable.
