You buy this chair and you get a cheap chair not very comfortable and the fake leather will fool nobody BUT...they say it is easy to assemble and...it is! If you've had to put together one that required three guys and a crowbar...and I've done that...this one is easy. Only one tip: do not tighten all the bolts until fully assembled and then go back and tighten them up.

Don't waste your money

I bought this chair a few weeks ago to replace an older one which squeaked and creaked when I reclined it and this one does the same thing. Also the hydraulic chair height adjustment apparently leaks and after a few days the chair height drops about two inches.

Chair is fine instructions could be better

Would have rated more stars except that Staples is so full of itself with its instructions: "More logical instructions. No more 'Huh?' moments." Is that so? Well let's see: (1) Step 3: Four screws are listed but only two are depicted. Scrutinizing the diagram I see that each screw has two lines going to the holes so 2x2=4. If these were truly easy instructions they'd either show four screws each with its own line or one screw with four lines. (2) Step 3: The underside of the chair has the "Front" marked but that's completely missing from the diagram. Which side in the diagram is the front? Can the bottom plate be installed either way or is it possible to install it in the wrong orientation? No clue. (3) The steps aren't labeled as steps so you have "4" "5" and "6" where "4" is a step and "5" and "6" are parts. Somehow whoever wrote these supposedly awesome instructions couldn't be troubled to include labels like "Step" and "Part". (4) "Step 4" has *two* different things to be assembled. In truly easy instructions each marriage of components is a separate step. (5) Step 5: For some reason we're inserting screws but not screwing them into anything with absolutely no clue as to why. (6) Step 6: There's an arrow pointing from the seat cushion to the seatback. I have absolutely no idea what I'm expected to do in this step.

Didn’t love the chair

It is a little uncomfortable after sitting in it for a few hours. I have back/ posture issues and the chair didn’t help at all.

Not a bad chair for the money it's not an expensive chair and it is of reasonable quality. Did not work for us because my son is 6' 5" and its just too small. Good chair for an average sized person in its price range.
