This chair was reasonably priced easy to assemble and is quite comfortable. I question its durability as I purchased a nearly identical chair less than 3 years ago and the up/down feature no longer works...but for the price it's worth it.

Decent quality bad comfort

Pros - 1) Very easy to assemble. The parts fit with no hassle and the included wrench was the only tool needed. 2) Looks good 3) Staples return procedure is outstandingly quick Cons - 1) I wanted this to be able to put my head back while at the computer or talking to someone. However the headrest is too thick so my head felt pushed forward while there is no support for the lower back. Felt uncomfortable within an hour of use of this awkward design. Normally I'm fine with most chairs.
