It's solid craftmanship is a little above average easy to put together the seat cushion is stiff and not as soft as would have liked.

I like the chair but it could use more padding. Everything works well was delivered a day late but still in 2 days and was easy to assemble. I would recommend the chair and Staples.

the chair is great. comfortable and fits nicely into my home... putting it together would have been easier if there were words associated with the pictures. and more indication of "front and back" "top and bottom"... i still think i put it together backwards

NICE HIGH BACK/ SOFT SEAT. ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM! ARM WAS BROKEN. I HAVE RECEIVED A NEW ONE TO REPLACE IT.
