Hubby did not like it

After getting a desk from another bonus and killing myself getting the desk together this chair was a dream to assemble. BUT hubby did not like the chair said the seat was too hard and that the back pitched him forward..... I tried.....

Can't tilt

Just assembled everything seems fine except for the tilt knob. It is very tight and didn't do anything even when I finally managed to turn it. So I can only adjust the height I can't tilt/straightn the back as the specs says. It would be a hassle to return it so I am planning to keep it but it doesn't have all the features that it said it had.
