Needs better quality nuts and bolts.

The nuts and bolts don’t tighten or they stripped easily. I’m not entirely sure which one it was but for the price of the chair the parts that hold it together should be better quality.

Bought the Turcotte Luxura for my all virtual student’s homeroom/bedroom. Of course it serves double duty as a desk chair as well as a gaming chair. He put it together himself and immediately got to work. The faux leather isn’t flimsy. It’s heavy enough not to concern self being extra careful not to snag or tear. The proof is in the pudding and will be predicated upon durability/wearability over time. So be it!!!

It is pretty easy to assemble. Clear instructions with each set of screws in separate bags with letters. The chair is very solid and comfy to sit with higher back.

The tilt lock doesn't work

I pulled it out and the seat doesn't recline. I can't return because I need it for work and my co-workers took their lunch break to put it together for me
