Not enough lumbar support

I bought a new chair and chose to buy from Staples as i figured they would have the type of office chair if need for my lower back issues while I work remotely. However this chair was Hollow in the lower back area and did not give the support I was looking for. I’m disappointed that I spent as much as I did for a chair that’s not doing what it claims to offer.

Very Uncomfortable!

The chair looks very nice. But the seat tilts forward and the back is rigidly upright and does not tilt back. I'm a relatively small person (130lbs) and while the dimensions are good I I have to sit with my feet bracing so I don't slide out. After a couple of weeks I felt like I was sitting on concrete. Too late to take it back!

I love this chair and so comfortable and at this price. actually I' order 3 of them . My two sons who work at home are very happy with them. And I work from home so this chair is great.
